The product comes with its traditional flatbread or bread loaf shape, ivory-white in colour, with smooth and compact paste without rind. Inside the product is white, with a smooth and potentially streaked paste, typical of handmade production. Typical lactic smell and mild, fresh and slightly sour flavour. The product can be consumed as it is, paired with extra virgin olive oil and oregano, which with its scent enhances its characteristics.
