The product comes in a cylindrical shape of about 12 kg. On cutting, the product appears straw-white in colour, with a compact, dry and blind paste. The smell is typical of aged cheese, delicate and sharp and the flavour is sapid, spiced. It can be consumed as it is or for culinary use.
