The product comes in a canestrato wheel shape of about 8 kg, with the rind covered in red chili pepper. On cutting, the product comes with an ivory-white colour and a compact, blind paste. Lactic smell and lightly sapid and spicy flavour. It can be consumed as it is or for culinary use.
