The product comes in a canestrato wheel shape of about 3/4 kg. On cutting, the product has an ivory-white colour and a compact, blind paste filled with stuffed green olives, rocket leaves and chili pepper. Typical lactic smell and lightly sapid and spicy flavour. It can be consumed as it is or for culinary use.
